1. Quality of product-
a. KRISTI uses the best,
proven products on the market. For example, the frame is built
completely out of structural steel tubing. many of our competitors
use aluminum framework to avoid corrosion problems and lessen weight.
Aluminum frames however are expensive, are kept as light as possible to
control costs, and are prone to fatigue and stress cracking. Strength wise,
you can't beat steel!
b. We use 3/4 tongue and groove plywood in the
floor, and we run it lengthwise over the cross members. This makes the
floor much stronger and eliminates the sag between cross members when
loaded.
c. Our wiring is completely enclosed in the
steel frame or in steel conduit. It is neat, well thought out, inspected
and tested prior to shipping from the factory.
2.Cost of product to your
door-
KRISTI
trailers base cost is a little higher than the sheet metal trailers our competitors
build, however, KRISTI Trailer Ind. Inc. is located
in Central New York. Therefore, freight costs
to your place of business are significantly
lower. The lower freight makes it possible for you to offer
a premium trailer to your customers priced the same , or in many cases
lower than your competition. We put the money into the product,
not the freight.
3.Service-
KRISTI
has a reputation for taking care of it's customers. If we
create a problem, we fix it. In many cases if the customer creates the
problem, we fix it! Only satisfied customers create repeat sales. Our
goal is to only have satisfied customers. This is easy to say, but we

4. Custom Build-
Almost everything we build at KRISTI
is built to order. That means you get exactly what you want. We do
have standard products for you to choose from, but if you want something
special...not a problem, we can do it!
5. Facility-
We are
currently in the process of completing an additional 14,000 square feet of
manufacturing space to our existing facility. This will help us get the
product to you when you need it.
6. Flexibility-
We know your customers can be
demanding. If you have an emergency we will take every step possible to
change production or shipping schedules to help you satisfy your
customer.
7. Sales
Assistance-
WE will help you every step of the way to "spec" out the
trailer your customer wants. You can also feel free to have your
customers call here and talk to us if he/she has questions you are unable
to answer. We will even take the order direct from the customer if you
desire. However, all money transactions must be done by the dealer. We
do not sell direct to end users. All trailer sales are routed through
a dealer. KRISTI
trailer is a manufacturer and is not licensed to sell to retail customers.
